How long must travel be delayed?
You must be delayed for 6 hours or more while en route to or from, or during Your Trip for a covered reason.
How do I qualify for Kennel Fee reimbursement if I cannot pick my pet up on time?
Travel is delayed for a covered reason, and you are not able to pick your cat or dog up on the day previously agreed upon with the kennel. Cat or dog must have been boarded for the duration of your trip. Available for the Classic plan only.
