Modify a Policy
If you want to request a change to an existing enrollment you have the following options:
Agents/Insureds

When sending your request, please be sure to include:
- the enrollment ID#
- the name of the primary traveler on the enrollment
- a detailed description of the changes you would like to make
If you would like us to send an updated confirmation once your changes are made, please indicate how you would like us to send it (mail/fax/email) and the appropriate contact information.
Agents Only
Travel Agents are able to make the following modifications to current enrollments online:
- Trip Date Changes
- Increase or Decrease of Trip Cost
- Add Cancel For Any Reason (if within 15 days of Trip Deposit Date)
- Travel Supplier Changes
After you login with your User Id and Password, roll your mouse over the Enrollement Menu at top left and select Edit Paid Enrollment. This will bring up the Search Screen For Edit. Select Date Range. Enter the Enrollment ID# or last name of the traveler and click search. When Enrollment ID# is displayed click on it. TravelSafe Easy Edit Screen will appear and from there it is as simple as 1-2-3, just follow the instructions.
Only some of the above modifications will occur instantaneousily. If a modification is made that requires approval, an email will be sent to our office containing your requested changes and we will respond to your request within 1 business day.
To Cancel a Policy
In the event your trip was cancelled by the supplier, or if you are within 10 days of receipt of your Confirmation of Coverage, please complete our Premium Refund Request Form (PRRF) at: http://www.travelsafe.com/content/pdfs/PRRFForm.pdf with any required documentation.
