* If you insure an amount less than your total prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions, the maximum benefit for Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation and Post-Departure Trip Interruption will be limited to the amount of coverage you purchased and there will be no coverage under the Cancel For Any Reason Benefit, if purchased.

Underwriting guidelines are as follows:

• Your group must consist of 10 or more people traveling to the same destination.
• Trip Cancellation or Interruption resulting from Financial Insolvency of an airline, cruise line or tour operator (when optional Trip Cancellation / Interruption is included)*
• Coverage for Terrorist Acts as defined (when optional Trip Cancellation / Interruption is included)
• Coverage for Pre-existing Medical Conditions provided: 1) the traveler's premium is received by you within 15 days of his or her initial trip deposit/payment; and 2) the traveler is not already disabled from travel at the time of his or her premium payment.
• Toll-Free Number for Policy and Coverage questions
• Toll-Free 24-Hour Hotline for travelers to report a claim or check the status of an existing claim. Claims may also be reported online

* Financial Insolvency Coverage Applies: 1) If the traveler's premium is received by you within 15 days of his or her initial deposit/payment for the trip; and 2) the insolvency occurs more than 15 days after the insurance is purchased.
